Do you feel like a butterfly?  Hmm maybe it's just me.  I stole this shirt from my mama's closet because I wanted to feel floaty.  It totally did it's job.  Once I put this baby on, I decided I needed more floral print...I grabbed my shorts and my little girl flower barrettes.  Let me tell ya, I felt like a complete pastel hippie.  

Since the last time I posted on here, I have read Weetzie Bat and Witch Baby.  Both are written by Francesca Lia Block.  They are the most beautiful books I have read in my entire life.  I felt as if I were in a pool filled with bubblegum, staring up at a aqua sky, wearing harlequin glasses, a lilac taffeta dress, and beaded moccasins.  Now, this is all happening as I am jamming out to The Beatles and licking a sunshine yellow lollipop.  If I were to recommend a book to anyone, it would be Weetzie Bat.  These pictures envelop my whole aura at the moment:

Speaking of my aura...it's just getting lighter and glittery-er!  Because....

1. I'm going to see Beach House & The Walkmen next week!

2. Rookie Road Trip is coming to my hometown

3. I made a pinhole lens (coming up in my next post)

4. I'm going to France soon!

Summer is good.
